In any organization, human resources is a key element to carry out its objectives and goals that will enable it to achieve the proposed mission, this requires that this resource is qualified from the standpoint of professional, technical, moral and cultural. Therefore, the need to implement company-wide training programs that enable it to develop, train and update staff, the knowledge, skills and appropriate skills to perform effectively the duties inherent to the job.

Within this framework, the training of the human factor is essential for success in the organization. That is why training is not an expense but an investment.

Under this, it is appropriate to develop and implement clear goals and defined policy on human resource development. In this sense, the Management of Human Resource Development focuses its actions to the intellectual growth of individuals using software development for diagnosing training needs of staff to make it more productive and achieve levels of excellence required by the new organization.
